Objektbeschreibung
This versatile residential building in northeastern Brandenburg offers ideal conditions for a lucrative investment and holds great development potential. A total of approx. 500m² of living and commercial space is distributed over a developed ground floor, a core-renovated upper floor in shell condition, and a further developable attic in the main house, plus a hall with an area of approx. 155m² in the annex.
The main house is fully basemented, divided into individual cellar compartments, and also houses the heating room and all utility meters. The development of the spacious ground floor is not yet fully completed: windows, floors (tiles and parquet), and ceilings have been renovated, and recessed spotlights have been integrated. It can be used for residential and/or commercial purposes. On the upper floor, the shell construction is complete, and here too there is the possibility to develop living or commercial space according to your own wishes. Insulation is currently installed in the attic; further expansion or conversion can be carried out. The hall, which can be used for various events, was added to the main house. The exterior wall of the half-timbered main house was very tastefully used as an interior wall of the hall, and the high, wood-paneled ceiling fits perfectly into this overall picture. Approximately the same area as the hall, toilets, offices, and a reception area are conveniently connected via a passage. The annex is thus completely separately accessible from the main house. There are hardly any limits to the possible uses of this approx. 310 m² area.
The approximately 5000 m² plot surrounding the multi-family house is ideal for animal husbandry. Ample parking spaces are also available at all times for events in the hall. Overall, the property is in very good condition and has been continuously maintained.
