Should you discover our plot, we are naturally open to traditional developers who bring their clients looking for properties in the Döhren-Seelhorst area. You are welcome to inspect the plot and surrounding developments independently. Naturally, other construction projects can also be realized. For this, you would need to initiate a new, independent building application.
