Objektbeschreibung
The offered detached house has a living area of approx. 103 m² and impresses with a light-flooded room concept.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with ample space for a dining area and an already integrated bar. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and high-quality granite flooring. Here, cozy cooking evenings with the family are particularly enjoyable. Upon entering the house, you enter a spacious hallway with plenty of space for a wardrobe; to the right is the guest toilet, to the left the utility room.
All rooms of the alarm-secured house feature large windows that provide ample light and, in some cases, offer a direct view of the terrace and the spacious garden. Shutters on all windows provide shade on sunny summer days.
The attic is accessible via a staircase in the hallway. Here are three rooms that can be used as children's rooms, studies, or bedrooms. The daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub is largely tiled.
The lovingly landscaped garden with a pond and covered pool offers relaxing moments and is in a very well-maintained condition. The large pool in the front area makes children's hearts beat faster and invites to social pool parties with family or friends in summer. The pool is solidly embedded in the ground and is located directly next to the house. The driveway to the double garage is very wide, providing ample maneuvering space. Behind the garage is a shed that offers additional storage space.

Lage & Umgebung
The small town of Neustadt (Dosse), belonging to the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district in Brandenburg, is connected to both the capital Berlin and the Hanseatic city of Hamburg by the Berlin-Hamburg railway line. Berlin-Spandau can be reached by train in 40 minutes. The Berlin-Hamburg motorway connection can be reached in approx. 20 km. In 2000, Neustadt (Dosse) was given the nickname "City of Horses" because the town is known for Brandenburg's state stud farm. The Brandenburg Main and State Stud, built in 1788, has since been one of the oldest state stud farms in Germany.
Amidst an idyllic landscape lies the town of approx. 8,000 inhabitants, which, in addition to its special connection to nature, also offers a variety of shopping facilities, kindergartens, schools, doctors, and cultural institutions.
